• bet99z gives new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus amount must be met.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• bet99z reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will count towards the bonus wagering requirement.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can join the bet99z VIP Program, which has 5 tiers and offers weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers is determined by a player's activity and participation.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Guidelines

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bet99z reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.
• Any winnings resulting from a software or system error will not be considered valid.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the wagered amount will be refunded unless a specific rule states otherwise.
